SM7B to macbook with $500 limit

Hello everyone!

Long time viewer here, but this will be my first post! anyway, lets get to it.

I am going to be purchasing an SM7B for clean and unclean vocals, and most likely a studio projects C1 or AKG perception 220 later on. What i am concerned about is that the SM7B needs at least 60dB of clean gain to sounds great, and most interfaces ive looked at have a max output of around 60dB, which is not enough for the SM7B.

so what i want to know is your opinions on what interface (preferably firewire, but usb will do) i should buy for under $500, and should i purchase a cloudlifter or a pre amp to go with it? ive been looking at the GAP73, but that leaves me only about $150 for an interface. i have a macbook pro with pro tools 11 if that makes any difference. i would also prefer an interface with as many XLR inputs as possible, but this will be used on a desktop, so a huge piece of rack mounted gear probably wont be the best option. if there is no better option, 2 XLR inputs will be fine for now, i will just have to upgrade sometime in the future.

ive been looking at this:

Amazon.com: Saffire Pro 40 Firewire Audio Interface w/Plug-In Suite Bundle with MXL 440/441 Mics and Cables: Musical Instruments

Im not sure if the pre amps inside are enough to power the SM7B, but this gives me plenty of inputs and even comes with a couple mics (even if they're garbage, its at least two more inputs for me to use). its also rack mounted, which is why im looking for something better, but if rack mounted will be the best option, im willing to be flexible.

$500 is my limit, but im willing to go a little higher if you think its absolutely necessary, but i would prefer to stay within that limit.

so what do you guys think? just an interface, or a pre amp with a cheap interface? im also open to any suggestions on a different mic than the SP C1 if its in the same price range ($230).

Thank you guys for helping me!
