Update MCU Pro XT firmware 4.0.3

I have purchased an additional Mackie MCU XT Pro unti to connect with my exisiing MCUP Pro and XT unit that has firmware v 4.0.2 and the new XT Pro came with 4.0.3 firmware.



I have followed the steps provided by Mackie Download and I am not having any luck with the update. Has anyone done this firmware upgrade?



Please share your experience.
