I'm trying to learn how to use the ensoniq asr-10 and hitting a few roadblocks which I could really use some help on. There must be some asr-10 gurus lurking around these parts....
I have many questions but I'll just ask a couple for now in hopes that some one will be kind enough to help me out. My biggest issue right now is trying to deal with effects. I have two issues that are completely f'ing my S up.
1. Resampling is not working, I select main out and when I go to record it gets absolutely no signal whether I'm playing what I've recorded or striking a key.
2. When I'm messing around with different effects it will randomly become impervious to the effects that I'm putting on. Like I'll be scrolling through the rom effects and its reacting to each one, then maybe ill leave the effects section to do something else and all of a sudden the effect is gone and not only that but when I go back into effects and try to apply them it doesn't react to it whatsoever. I've gone through the machine trying to find some sort of on off switch for the effects but to no avail.
I'm dying for some help here people, just want to get past this learning phase and make beats..
