Rack-Mountable, Most Outputs, and Under $400 Interface

I am looking for a new interface that will fit my needs when playing live...

I use my MacBook to:



1. Run a track/loops/pad (stereo)

2. Run my Akai MPK 49 (stereo)

3. Run Click and cues band in-ears



I need a Rack-Mountable interface that has 8 or more outputs (to properly direct all of the sounds I am running at the same time) that would preferably be firewire/thunderbolt. But at this point I'll take anything...

The largest snag in this whole search is I need it to be under $400.

Any Suggestions?
