Importing OMF. Can't "Copy from Source Media"

Hi Gang,



I teach a class of 24 students. Sometimes on PT11, they can't "Copy from Source Media" when importing an OMF/AAF.



Students with verion 10 have never had problems. I have both and have never had the problem.



While I've told them all to update to 11.2.1, they have a wide range of OS/hardware permutations.



Any idea why only some of them are having problems?
