VP26 vs VP28...what's the sonic difference?

Previously owned a VP26 and loved it on acoustic guitar. Was thinking about building another, but noticed the new VP28.



Can anyone tell me what the sonic difference is between the two?



How is the Channel Fader different from the output on a VP26?
