I've been looking at some gear from dbx, (my 2231 was so awesome the company caught my attention) and I noticed that some of the seemingly new gear had a silver face rather than the grey/pinstripe face like my 2231. Specifically I'm looking at a crossover. Is there any difference in the internals of a 223xs and 223s? have they been changing anything about their manufacturing in the recent past?
