I purchased it around 4 months ago. One of the first things I noticed is that the jewel light was not working but, after reading up online, this is common and can be replaced. That was all fine and well but today I saw that one of the screws in the chassis shows signs of being opened. Should I be worried about this? Why would someone want to open the thing anyway?
I asked the seller but he told me that he doesn't know why it was opened or if it was but that perhaps some parts needed replacing. The unit may have about 10 years or more of use as it is in good condition overall but does not look "new" if that makes sense.

My UA 2-1176 shows signs of chassis being opened, should I be worried?
