Hello! So here is my problem/worry. I use a saffire pro 14 and do some dialogue editting. Mainly do this on headphones and reference it to my monitors. Right now I'm using AT M50 and love em, but not for 5+ hour long use. Little too tight and no breathing room (closed)
I'm going to upgrade my interface eventually (Apollo, RME or Zen Studio) but not yet. Still, wanted to upgrade to some less fatiqueing headphones. Looking at the DT880 (600 vs 250) and the K702's.
Looking at ohms, would my interface be good enough to power these guys or should I get an amp? Is it normal to edit dialogue through a nice amp? Would a future purchase of one of the higher end interfaces make buying an amp now be useless later? Thanks!
