asio4all vs interface (soundwise)

I know an audio interface helps with latency, but is there a difference in sound quality if i am mixing itb?



I am running pro tools 10, asio4all actually doesnt work so im gonna use the generic asio from cubase. What i wanted to know is if there really is a difference between them aside from latency?
