How long have you had the music computer you currently use? Any thoughts on when you change computers, and why?
I've been on the same ADK laptop since like 2007, still running xp service pack 3 . . . but I saw someone in another thread talking about having 3 computers in 4 years or some such. Made me wonder how you all deal with this . . .
Of course, if you are recording on reel-to-reel, cassette, or wax cylinders, this thread will not be interesting for you.
