building a rack PC for live audio

I'm looking at custom building a rack PC for a live rig. running a bunch of vsts, using a USB Maudio fast track ultra 8r.

what I'm unsure about is the best parts to get. particularly motherboard, I want something that is renowned for high quality circuitry and components, for rock solid USB performance with no dropouts, interrupts, cross talk or noise etc.

I'm also thinking onboard gfx, cause I don't want a gfx card hogging any buses or interrupts etc, is that the right way to go?

same with ram, I want something well built reliable and fast.

I've got a Samsung evo 840 500gb ssd, should be good for the hd.

I'm also considering UPS, and power conditioning.

basically I'm looking for recommendations on parts from people with experience building high end performance machines for live audio, who understand how crucial quality components are to a stable and clean sound... cheers :)
