Modifying a Jaguar with Baritone neck

Hey all!

Long time lurker, first time poster! Looking for some advice on putting a new neck on my Fender Jaguar. I play in a sort of weird punk/no-wave two-piece and have been playing my Jag with a pair of Baritone strings on it, tuned down to B. i realize this is kind of stupid, but I wasn't able to afford a new guitar and it was the sound I was needing for the project. Well, last night at a gig one thing lead to another and the headstock of the Jag got smashed on stage.

So, now I'm wondering if it's possible to just purchase a baritone neck and pop that into my Jag's body. As far as any mods or technical know-how goes, I'm a total newbie. Do you fine people have any suggestions for this idea? Is it even possible?

I wish I could tell you the exact model of my Jaguar, but unfortunately that information was lost with the headstock at the venue! It's similar to that new Kurt Cobain model Fender released, I believe it was a 2005-2009 Custom of some sort, white with tortoise shell and double coil pickups as opposed to the Jaguar's usual single coils. The neck I've been looking at is the new Baritone Jazzmaster from Squier.

Thanks in advance for any help, loved this forum for a while now, happy to be posting!
