Acoustic guitar with a cracked headstock.

Hey guys,



I have just noticed that my guitar has a cracked head stock at the weak point (after the nut on the back side) the crack is a 1mm. or even less, wide.

I got the guitar for cheap but it's amazing this is why i want to fix it. In case you're concerned it's an old ibanez martin law suit era.



I don't know if i should take it to a professional luthier or not (i'm short on cash at the moment) if i can fix it my self it would be much better.

Any tools/methods you guys can suggest would be deeply appreciated.
