Any Advice on a Budget USB Audio Interface?

Hi, I'd appreciated a little advice regarding a budget USB audio interface. I'm not particularly familiar with the recording side of audio products, so I don't really know what I'm looking for. I need it for recording both speech and vocals from my mic (Sennheiser e835) and my guitar (Ibanez RGA7). I also like to play using Guitar Rig. Currently I'm just routing through my combo bass amp, which is clearly a sub-optimal solution. It's all hobby stuff, nothing too serious that I want to invest in high end gear for.

I started off looking at products for $50-60US, like the Behringer UM2 and Xenyx 302, Alesis Multimix 4, and Pyle PAD20MXU. I'd also considered some of the ~$100US products, like the Focusrite Solo, M-Audio M-Track, PreSonus Audiobox 2x2, Behringer UMC202 and the Tascam US-322 and US-144MKII.

Would the above suit my needs? Which ones would be the best picks? Would it even be worth completely blowing the budget and going for the $200+ ones like the Focusrite 2i4, Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6, M-Audio MTRACK Quad or Steinberg UR22. Are there any models I haven't considered that'd fit with what I need at a reasonable price?

I'd like to keep it under $150NZ, which by the time you account for shipping, and account for VAT in the British prices puts me at around $100US or 75GBP. If the $50 ones will do the trick, then that's great, but if I need to spend $200+ to get something decent then that's just a cost I'll have to deal with.

Aside from the PreSonus 2x2, Komplete Audio 6 and a couple of Behringers, the local prices are pretty excessive, so I'll likely be ordering from Amazon US or UK. Most of their stuff ships here, but not everything, so I am somewhat limited. If there are some other good stores that ship internationally it'd be nice to hear about them. eBay is also an option.

Cheers!
