ehx memory man xo tt550 and moog minfooger delay

I have read so many threads on analog delays and I think I have a handle on the feature set of many including ones not mentioned in the title. I am not going for the EHX big box, the TT 1000, Carbon copy, Supapuss. From what I have read about the Tap tempo 550 is that past 350 ms you start getting clock noise, artifacts etc. Since it shares the same chips as the XO does the XO exhibit the same issues? For awhile the Moog Minifooger delay has piqued my interest. It can go up to 700 ms of delay time. Anyone comment if this box has similar issues

with this type of noise and artifacts as the EHX MM boxes?

From some reviews it appears the Moog has a nice warm sound, but doesn't have many extras that the EXH pedal have besides the expression pedal input.

I think 5-600 Ms is sufficient for my needs but up to that delay time it has to be usable. If the Moog sounds good up to the max delay time, I would lean toward purchasing it, even though I could really utilize the features and capability of the EHX boxes. I have searched and read threads that are so long, Especially some on the Memory Man. Not too much on the Moog Minifoogers. Even with this research I am still left undecided. I would appreciate comments that are relevant to the pedals in question
