Help on budget home studio rig plz!

I will try to make this as short as possible but yet still make sense. Im a total noob at this craft so please help me. my bro(18+years) experience gave me a list of everything to buy so that within my budget range ($1100-$1200) so that i can go to the store in one trip, buy everything come home, set up, plug in, and start recording. I already have software so that one thing outta the picture, and i just got my drum mic kit today(im the drummer of the band) so thats taken care of to but th mic kit did knock my budget down to $1000 now so keep that in mind. The only thing im afraid of is will the laptop i have listed be able to handle everything? Am i missing anything? I need a device that will allow me to do 8 tracks at once and the laptop has to be able to handle it. Im looking for everything i need to get my rig started. Sound quality and all the b.s. in not issue at this point just becuz ill only be using this rig to help my band and i have something to use as a demo/reference tool so we dont lose out on any great ideas for songs and instrumentals or what not so pricetag is the only issue. lmk if i need more or less gear i list. and what wld really be great is if u can make out a list of ur own either way i wanna be able to go to the store buy it, bring it all home set it up and get to work all in the same day. i would greatly appreciate any help and after i have this issue resolved i have no problem learning on my own n reading manuals etc but i need this push to get started. Anyways heres the list:
