How would you spend $5000? Spot the weakest link in my studio.

Looking at the studio setup above, does anyone see any major holes? A flavor of pre, comp or EQ I'm really missing out on? I'm really torn on where my weakest link is... Is it my monitors? Is it my conversion? Is it my mic collection? Where will I see AND HEAR the biggest difference if I spend 5K on gear this Christmas?



I've highly considered upgrading my monitors to some focals. I've highly considered getting a B2 Bomber. I've highly considered adding to my mic collection. (Maybe a Pearlman TM-1 or similar). I've also considered ditching the apollo and d-box and going for an Apogee Symphony.



What do you guys think? I would really appreciate any input and advice at my stage in the recording journey.
