RCA Monitor Connection

Hey guys this is my first question here, but its a few days that I can't find an answer for my dilemma.



I just bought A pair of KRK ROKIT 5 G3 and I saw that they have Rca connection.

I have fast track like this





I saw that there are Rca connections and I wanted to know if it is possible to connect it.

While looking for an answer I saw that no one recommends the Rca connection but the trs or xls, will I loose in quality or in something else?
