If not to compress in Master Fader then...?

So here's a scenario. I'm currently using Nuendo and what I usually do is I send every track to GROUP TRACKS.

For example:

My session has 20 tracks in total

5 tracks = drums

5 tracks = vocals

5 tracks = guitars

5 tracks = bass & synths

Routing them in their related Stereo Group/Bus tracks and glue them good enough individually, using any stereo bus compression, for eg:

- Drums Bus track (Waves SSL Master Bus Comp)

- Vocals Bus track (Waves LA-2A)

- Guitars Bus track (Waves SSL Master Bus Comp)

- Bass & Synth Bus Track (LA-3A)

Its handy and you have more control over the comp. Usually the next step is print down the mix without adding anything on the MASTER FADER.

WHAT IF, I want to glue my entire mix right ITB?

WHAT IF? I add another STEREO GROUP Track, route all my existing group tracks and then use any STEREO BUS Compression to glue my whole mix without messing with the Main Master Track?

Thankyou in advance

I guess this is my first post as I never felt to right or ask anything before as it is already here. You people and GearSlutz, you guys are precious and doing so well in keeping the spark running. Your time and concern is truly appreciated. I love ya'll
