Hey Gearslutz,
My first post here. After digging way too deep into google I found a topic from 2011 about the Korg MS20 and how people were discussing CV/Hz converters i basically got disoriented by all the words I didn't know and I figured I'd might come here and ask for clarification.
So, I want to get into modular synths. After finding out about the Korg MS-20 a week ago I'm kinda stoked to buy it and to learn all the ropes.
If for example I am performing live (in my room ) and I make a loop with my synth. I want to continue this loop and only adjust the oscilators every 16 or so, and have a midi controller to control effects on it (Xone K2).
How do I make this synth a loop? I've been reading about step sequencers? Which ones?
Sorry for the vague post, I am a bit rusty cause of all the information I just took in.
