Ableton 9.1.6 crash on export or any other major action

Urgent! Midsize session, mostly audio, soundtoys, slate, waves and NI plugins. I have to deliver a finished track by the end of this week, so this is really annoying. Ableton crashes if I try to export, duplicate a track, which is of course the only two things I have left to do to finish.



Ive tried restart, empty cache, PRAM reset, buffer settings, reinstall of Ableton and project on different hard drive...



Im in OSX 10.9.5 with 16 GB ram, so that should not be a problem either...



Please help if you know what I should do.
