Which link do I upgrade first?.........

Hi,



Newbie. First post. Day 1. Woot woot. I currently have the following in my kit and I am already starting to think about how I take home recording to the next level:



* Neumann TLM102

* RME Babyface

* AKG K271 MII cans

* Yamaha HS8's

* Cubase artist 7.5 (if that matters ;))



What should I be targeting as the first upgrade/improvement? I find myself trawling around for bargain priced TLM103's to better preamp's (Focusrite ISA 1 / Avalon M5 for example).



Which link in the signal chain would benefit the most from the next upgrade (as a student of music production, changed to the above change are going to be painfully incremental and I want to start targeting more higher end gear where possible).
